Each year, Heart of Florida United Way undergoes an audit and files Form 990 reviewed by the HFUW Audit and Ethics Committee and approved by our Board of Directors. We maintain a Platinum rating from Candid, a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, and we are validated by the Central Florida Foundation. In addition, we produce annual and quarterly reports that depict how our programs and services are meeting community needs.

211 Counts is a data dashboard that shows the latest requests received by our 211 Information and Referral Line. Discover the services requested from residents in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties for housing, food, utility assistance, and other essential health and human resources.
The 211 Information and Resources Crisis Line predicts our community’s needs and tracks their needs on a daily basis.
LATEST 988 REPORTS
When someone calls the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, they are connected to trained specialists who listen, assess the situation, and provide support. Heart of Florida United Way serves as a 988 contact center for multiple counties in Central Florida.
