Volunteer to Build a Born Learning Trail in St. Cloud!

Blog Born Learning Trail

Every moment is a learning moment! Join Heart of Florida United Way on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to build a Born Learning Trail at a park in St. Cloud, Florida.

What is a Born Learning Trail?

A Born Learning Trail is a fun, active, and bilingual learning activity installed in local community parks for young children and their families. It helps parents, caregivers, and communities create quality learning opportunities when out on a stroll or visiting a local playground.

This family-friendly activity brings volunteers together to paint the trail and install signs in English and Spanish for an interactive learning experience that will enhance the play area at the park.

Build a Born Learning Trail with Us!

Bring your friends and family to bring this trail to life!

This is an outdoor activity where you’ll paint, draw, and work as a team to install the trail with 10 activity signs. Each section of the trail includes a simple painting on the sidewalk, so you do not have to be an artist for this volunteer project!

Because this is a family friendly volunteer opportunity, our volunteers under the age of 18 will work with their accompanying grown-ups.

Sign up to volunteer for this activity here!
